Senior History REUBEN TUTTLE SENIOR ADVISOR The seniors wasted no time upon deciding who would be their advisor and officers for their last : year. On September 28 they elected Mr. Reuben | Tuttle, music director, as their advisor with Jerry Thede, president; Robert Ocheltree, vice president; Lorraine Nygren, secretary; Ray Hoveiler, treasurer. SENIOR SPEAKERS On October 22 and 23, the senior play tryouts be- gan for the play, “Sixteen in August’, which was presented on December 6 and 7 in the Memorial Hall. Miss Marion Jacobson was director. “ ft ; 7 - i . a : eS ine is CS SEE In the month of December, the seniors also re- JACQUELINE DANIEL MARY NELL GARDNER ceived their personal cards and ordered their grad- uation announcements. Bob Turner was elected president for the second semester with Mary Nell Gardner, vice president; Bob Ruud, secretary; Joe Agajanian, treasurer. The seniors enjoyed winter sports at Badger Pass on Senior Sneak Day which was held on March 8. Towards the end of their last year at Madera High, the seniors elected a planning committee to solve the problems that usually accompany gradua- tion.
