Under the leadership of Hugo for the second semester, Boys' Federa- tion has become an outstanding group in the school. As an added attraction to the Federation, a group now patrols the traffic on the campus. Most important annual activity of the council, selected from the Federation, was the Punch Bowl, whose sponsorship was turned over to the senior class and scholarship society this year. They sponsored an assembly with Dewitt Portal as the speaker. The Boys' Federation Council sold candy at all of the basketball games, and they sponsored an after game dance. Taking the little Freshmen into their hands, members of the Boys' Federation put them through their paces on Freak Day. ,fw- 'T Rlnaldo Wren and Hugo Vlseontl 1942 BOYS' FEDERATION Page 25 , . , . , . , 9 .Qi 7' ' I ..
