Principal Mr. Herbert L. Dericks B.S.Ed. University of Cincinnati M.Ed. Xavier University Mr. Dericks is known to all students at MVH.S. by his friendly interest in the entire student body. He came to our school as an excellent math teacher and has worked very hard at his present job of principal. In addition to his duties as princi- pal, Mr. Dericks continues to teach Math IV. Whatever the amount of work on his desk, Mr. Dericks is always ready and willing to help any student. Mr. Dericks also always hnds the time to attend our sports events and many of our other extracurricular activities. We, the members of the class of 1965, would like to thank Mr. Dericks for all the time and help he has given to us in the past four years. 20

Mr. Lang is our very able assistant principal, and has always taken an active in- terest in the plans and activities of Madeirass students.
