MNEMONIC i l JUNIORS At our first meeting, we elected officers as follovvs: president, Carl Thornton, vice president, Peter Striflerg secretary, Barbara lov Boone, treasurer, Theresa jackson. We sold candy at noon and at basketball games so vve could give the Seniors a banquet. Rita Stagge entered the National Commercial Contest vvhich vvas given at various high schools throughout the United States. The third vear of high school is over for us. The name MUSTANG suggested by Knox Booth was selected as Madeira's emblem tor coming years, Our home room II6 will be a dull place atter vve have gone to a higher level in education.
