The following were elected and served well as officers during our Senior year: Howard Cothron, president: Mildred Deckard. vice president: Barbara Bowman, secretary: and Bobby Gillihan, treasurer, and Sue Gregory, assembly council. Our beloved sponsors, Mrs. Homer Blankenship and Mr. Keith Clark were with us again this year. H. L. Goodall was captain of the football team and Bobby Shrum, alternate captain. Barbara Bowman was our football queen and Lila Meador was attendant to the queen. Our cheerleaders were Paula Bandy and Dee Anne Whitley. Robbie Cothron and Paula Bandy were on the basketballteam and Robbie served as captain. Several Seniors placed on Who's Who, Barbara Bow- man and H. L. Goodall were the most popular girl and boy, Janice Wilburn received the title of prettiest girlg Dee Anne Whitley and John Crowder voted best all around girl and boyg Paula Bandy was selected as most athletic girlg Kenneth .Crabtree was the most studious boyg Mildred Deckard was most likely to succeedg Nelson Cluck was chosen as quietest boy and Robbie Cothron received the honor ofD.
