Another agency that energetically and purposefully ioins in this an- ticipation of this growth and development is the Toledo Public School System. Macomber, as a full time vocational education center, is the focal point of much attention and planning. The inten- sification and the broadening of training that will result, will equip her graduates to such an extent that they will be able to take great ad- vantage of the full and diversified employment in Toledo's future. Fantus, an industrial research concern, was called upon to make a survey of Toledo. The report of this study included a high recommen- dation of the Toledo Public Schools. One factor that received special recommendation was the exceptional vocational training and curricula and facilities provided for young people and adults. gi, Toledo Tomorrow , . K . X 1 4 .., . Ken Osavitch Craftsman The Craftsman staff is proud to present to you the 'l960 Craftsman. Members of the staff hope that is year's book will be worthy of the interest and the support which the student body has given. A tremendous amount of time, work, and pleasure were spent in the construction of this yearbook, however, the knowledge and experience gained by the various workers will remain with them. We, the members of the Craftsman Staff, extend our sincere appreciation to our adviser, Mr. Spring, who gave valuable all-around information, without which we could not have completed this year's Craftsman. The Craftsman Staff under the supervision of Darryl Dziedzic and Simon Rodriguez, who have endeavored to produce a book to surpass all previous Macomber year- books. They received support from Gary Peterson and Tim Dooley, the Junior editors. The finances of the Craftsman were directed by Mrs. Lindsay and Mr. Hoeffel. Ken Osovitch, who was aided by Ron Grabarczyk and Ken Kaczala handled the sub- scriptions and payments. The typing job for the Crafts- man was managed by Dave Blakowski. The staff sincerely hopes you accept the 1960 Crafts- man as an attractive and forceful collection of Macomber memories. Craftsman Staff Left to Right: Asst.
