FACULTY DEPARTMENT CHAIRMEN LEFT TO RIGHT: Mr. Esmond Whitney, Mr. Frank Drake, Mr. Donald Valk, Mr. Russell Bear, Miss Anna Schwertzler, Mr. Sam Harrison, Mr. Harold McCrae, Mr. Forrest Smith. Eight members of the Macomber faculty serve as Faculty Department Chairmen. Working with Mr. Baumker and the assistant principals, these instructors coordinate the instructional material used in their respective departments. Chairmen and their departments are: Mr. Russell Bear, Physical Science, Mr. Frank Drake, Metal Trades, Mr. Sam Harrison, Building Trades, Mr. Harold McCrae, Mathematics, Miss Anna Schwertzler, English, Mr. Forrest Smith, Orientation, Mr. Donald Valk, Electrical Trades, and Mr. Esmond Whitney, Automotive Trades. Mr. Bear also serves as coordinator of the co-op plan whereby iuniors and seniors work in business and industry while attending school either during alternate weeks or on a half-day basis. W
