THE BOARD OF EDUCATION occupies a very important administrative position in Macomb Unit District 185. The board con- sists of seven members who are elected by public vote for three year terms. Dur- ing the past school year many evidences of the work of our school board could be witnessed. Among the outstanding ac- complishments of the school board last year were the completion of the new band building and Macomb Iunior High School.
