Z. Moulder, Edna Green, Emmett Johnson, Shirley Coffey, Loren Smith, Rosa Willey, Len Hicks, Janice Howard, Herbert Smith, Rose Pennel, Wanda King, Dean Dawson, Wanita Moulder. They chose Mrs. Jessup and Mrs. Odam as their sponsors. Rose Pennel, Rose Willey and Wanda King withdrew from the class at the end of the year. Next they became Silly Sophomores, which was somewhat better than being Green Freshmen. They were happy to have Wayne Winn and John Hooper join their group. Mr. Boswell and Mrs. Kinard were chosen as sponsors and at the end of the year Shirley Coffey, Janice Kerr, John Hooper, Joann Green, Janis Drinkwater, Herbert Smith, Roy Pennel, and Wayne Winn withdrew from the class. Although decreased in number, the remaining members struggled along until they became Lovesick Juniors. The Junior play Hillbilly Weddin was given March 29, 1955, and they gave the Seniors of '55 a banquet on May 3, 1955 using the theme Stars Over Morocco1 ' They chose Leon Ricker as sponsor, and Georgia Kowertz and Evelyn Pack joined the group. Wanita Moulder and Don Linton withdrew at the end of the year. On September 5, 1955 this class finally reached the position of Dignified' Seniors. Richard Eldred and Imogene Moulder joined the group making a total of 23 in the grad- uating class. Mr. Edwards was selected sponsor. They received their class rings, senior pictures, caps and gowns, and finally their diplomas. These past four years will live in their memory as the years in 'which a group of unrefined youngsters were converted into intelligent, courteous citizens, preparing to take their place in the world. Let's make a brief tour of the country and see just what's happened to this outstanding group in the last ten years. First we see Glenda working as a model in the northern part of France. As we are chatting with her, our bus driver appears and it's Jim, in business with his father-in -lawl We know bus drivers get around a lot so we ask him about the other members of the class
