He is responsible for every convocation program, is chairman of the admissions and curriculum committees, is an advisor for SPAN and has a remarkable amount of energy to exert on any problem presented to him. diligent deans Graduated in 1914, Margaret M. Doty be- gan teaching English at her Alma Mater in 1Q2O, and became Dean of NVomen at Macal- ester in 192 5. In charge of housing arrange- ments for the women at Mac and the college expert on etiquette, Miss Doty has a wonder- ful memory for the names of past and present students.
