Freshman orientation was held at the college with a picnic lincluding several games and refreshments! held at Minnehaha Park. A party for all students was held in the MacPhail Recreation Room. ig- The Variety Show was a great success. Held in the MacPhail Auditorium, it ran for two nights, and contained all manner of talent, both in and out of the c olle ge , V-'H'-'-'Q' -41 Throughout the year, various other func tions were approved or co-sponsored by the S.
