Athletic Association Standing, left to right-Alexander, Schwarz, Hanna, Comstock. Seated, lett to right-Chisholm, Palmer, Fisher, Marshall. The otticers chosen tor the I946-47 A. A. are as tollows: Margot Fisher, president: Alice Marshall, vice-president: and Helen Alexander, secretary-treasurer. These otticers are assisted by a council made up ot a representative trom each class including: Joan Palmer, Joan Hanna, Carol Comstock, Isabelle Schwarz and Nan Chisholm. This council tries to maintain an orderly appearance in gym classes as well as lceeping stray articles to und in the gym in a pound. The A. A.'s tirst project was a Swimming Meet, followed by a supper and badminton tournament. Through these we discovered Ann Luclce to be our number one swimmer and Helen Alexander our bad- minton champion. ln February, the Ping Pong tournament and party was held. Barbara Quigley was the winner ot the tournament. The A. A. is now looking torwarcl to the Student-Faculty baseball game to be held in the spring, as well as to the A. A. picnic, the high spot ot the athletic year which is held just betore graduation. We are gratetul to Miss Collins who helps all ot us in our athletics and to Miss Vivian Little tor her help in planning our program and parties. MARC-OT FISHER '47
