It begins in the sum er and continues into fall. There are two teams, varsity and junior var- sity, with ten players on each team. Since more girls were on the squad than were neededforthe teams, not all got to play, but all were needed. It is an activity which takes time out of their regular schedule, but the resultoftheir training and experience pays dividends in sportsmanship and skill. J.V. The season is gone, but the memories remain, with no conference, stronger teams were scheduled, However, no mat- ter what the odds, the Bulldogs never gave up, Although their record was only 2-6, all will agree that the team represented our school well, There were no conference honors, but Dale Goeke did receive Honorable Mention All-State, OFFENSE AND DEFENSE TEAMS ROW 1: T.
