The wide range oT Dr. Reber's adminisTraTive ex- perience, including The superinTendency oT a school sysTem in Claremont CaliTornia, which included eighT elemenTary and secondary schools, had well prepared him Tor The compliciaTed iob oT Taking over a large school wiTh an excellenT repuTaTion To uphold. ln spiTe oT The demands oT his duTies and his membership in numerous educaTional organiza- Tions, Dr. Reber sTrived To mainTain an inTeresT in The individual sTudenT and his welTare.
