DEDICATIO The Senior Class of 1956 proudly takes this opportunity to express its sincere regard for Mr. John Gould. In view of the consideration he has shown us for three years, the time he has spent with us, and the guidance he has given us 'on the road to achievement, we all agree that he is truly an outstanding teacher and advisor. We like to remember that while he took an uncompromising stand on wrongidoing, he never held a grudge against anyone. To him, students were not just a list ofnames on a piece of paper but different faces and personalities--people. He always had a smile, a friendly hip or some humorous remark to greet us with the first thing in the morning and the last thing at night. We also like to remember the sincere and keen interest he had in our well-being. We believe that he is one of the best friends the students of Lyons have ever had and so, to Mr. John Gould, we dedicate the Lyons Tale for 1956.
