Seven others strove earnestly to enter the latter of the second semester. We played for the Elnora, Ellettsville and Lyons fairs and have assisted the cheer section at the home basketball games, with novelty numbers and marches. The second semester was very busy for us, rehearsing soloists, ensembles and band numbers which were entered in the contests at Terre Harte and Worthington. Keep Lyons Band on the top of the Band Ladder.
