SHARON FREDERICK NANCN CARPENTER JIMMIE ELLETT LEAH JACKSON NOT SHOWN: MARJORIE PLANO Grade 7 At the beginning of school this year the seventh grade had twenty-five pupils, fourteen girls and eleven boys. Since entering school seven years aqo, when there were thirty-Five pupils, our number has decreased each year. This year Leah Jackson and Dulcene Byers left, but we have gained Mariorie Plano from Newberry and we now have twenty-four pupils. The class officers this year are: Henry Bosell, president, Ronnie Hollingsworth, vice-presiden Marshal Pickard, treasurer, Betty Lee Wright, news reporter. We have nine girls from our class in the band, and ten in the Girls' Glee Club The three junior high cheerleaders are in the seventh grade. They are Marietta Floyd, Karen Hollars, and Kay Nichols. Eight boys are on the junior high basketball team. There are seven boys in 4-H. We have enioyed a Halloween party, a wiener roast, girls in 4-H.
