E431--H l I 4- iw Junior Class History At the beginning of the year the juniors sponsored the annual magazine drive. The class was divided into two teams, the Reds and the Blues. Nina Ray was the chairman of the Reds and Sherry Leavitt was the chairman of the Blues Don Dayhoff was the manager of both teams Sherry Leavitt received the prize for the highest salesman for the first day, .but Nina Ray was the highest salesman of the complete drive The Red s team won the drlve The class also helped the seniors with the Halloween Carnival and sold pop com at the home ball games The class selected the following officers for the year Sherry Leavitt, president Nina ay, vice president, Don Dayhoff, secretary, and Joe Ulrich, treasurer The class sponsor as Mr Street Instead of having a class play, the rumors sponsored a circus, November l9 The class received their class rings in November Snapshots Get busy F' Look at the birdie L aff 'VW L. vlsnor Hurry, you re latel 26 . , . . . . : . . i . One new student, Mary Ruth Flynn, entered from Switz City Central. The class elected officers the first semester. They were: Janice Allen, president, Hugh Enichs, vice-president, Linda Mullis, secretary, and David Martindale, treasurer. The class sponsor is Mr. Michaels. The SOpl'1Om0I'e Cl0S5 had The fortune-telling stand at the Halloween carnival. The sophomore and freshman home economics foods class gave the Christmas party in the home economics dining room, December l4, for their mothers. The class enioyed a Christmas party December 22.
