E r m z 3 mum mi t km NW The graduating class of 1964-65 observed maior improvements in the campus. The student council, under the leadership of Warren Gay and his Senior Student Body officers, sparked a combined school district and Student Body program to beautify the Knight Quad area, The student body appropriated money for the installation of colorful umbrellas and tables in the stu- dent store area, which was supplemented by the dis- trict in the snack bar area. Funds from student store profits were set aside to continue with campus beau- tification. We witnessed the installation of CI much needed covered eating area at the snack bar. The student council with the co-operation of campus or- ganizations was responsible for furnishing trees and shrubbery within this area. In the future years gradu- ates of the class of '65 will be able to point with pride to this major improvement in the Lynwood High School campus. y-V mam mm a my ., ta .
