HLEARN HOT AND KNOW NOT ACADEMICS AT LYNNHAVEN A well rounded student is one who participates in all facets of school life: sports, clubs, S.C.A., and, of course, academics. At Lynnhaven Junior High, the edu- cational process is designed to guide each student in his devel- opment towards becoming a re- sponsible, contributing member of society. A school is only a building with- out interaction among students, teachers, administrators, and staff. It is only bricks and mortar without the probing questions and the discussions that go on behind closed classroom doors. The faculty and administration here at Lynnhaven try to foster the love of learning. A truly intel- ligent person is one who realizes that he has plenty left to learn and to discover. By stressing the importance of learning study skills and learning how to think, teachers in this school hope to equip students with the neces sary tools to learn new thing throughout their lives.
