Vance. freshmen — Education LARRY DUFFY Vice-President The reception committee com- posed of upperclassmen opened the doors of LTC to a large num- ber of Freshmen. The majority of the Freshmen hailed from the state of Vermont; however, the several of the New England states and the adjacent Mid-Atlantic Coast states were represented. The class activities of the year were the Halloween Dance and the Commencement Breakfast. The class of '65 participated very enthusiastically in intramur- al sports and in other campus ac- tivities.

Ircskmm — Ciber a I Arts GERRY CAHILL Treasurer JOHN LANGE Student Government This is the second year the Liberal Arts Program has been in operation at Lyndon Teachers College. All freshmen have the same courses, but the following year as sophomores. Liberal Arts students will carry a curriculum differing from that of the edu- cation students. This is a sig- nificant year for this program as the school is in the process of changing from a two-year to a four-year Liberal Arts College. 27
