By having food sales, paper drives, and selling holly at Christmas, the Travel Club has hopes of going to washington, D, C, , next year. No trip is planned for this year because of lack of sufficient funds. The Travel Club in the past years has taken trips to Montreal, Quebec City, New York City, and Ottawa.

Heath, H, Wag- ner, R, Jacobs. 7.7.54 The Future Farmers of America is a national organization of boys interested in farming and enrolled in the Vocational Agriculture course. Its purpose is to develop leadership and co-operation. This year's activities of the Lyndon Chapter of F, F, A. included participating in local fairs, attend- ing the Eastern States Exposition at Springfield, Massachusetts, and the Vermont Farm Show at Barre, Vermont, and other co-operative activities. At their annual parent and son banquet the chapter initiated the new members and conferred the Honorary Chapter Farmer Degree on Principal Robert K. Lewis and Mr, Harry Lawrence, Both have helped the F. F. A. in every way possible.
