Ulm ELF We, the Senior Class of Lyndon Community High School, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred fifty nine, do hereby feel justly authorized to bequeath our outstanding characteristics and goods to our friends, enemies, and rivals before we become mere memories. To our advisor we leave all our troubles because we will have many others, To the faculty we leave a five minute head start on Friday, To the Junior Class we have nothing to offer, because in their temperamental, flighty, and puffed up state they are not responsible and are, therefore, not capable of caring for any of our treasured possessions. To the Sophomore Class we leave our good looks, friendliness, and ability to get along with others. To the Freshman Class we leave our well trained ability to keep quiet when necessary, I, Jo Ann Bultema, have nothing to offer because I have so little of everything I need all for myself. Therefore, I will keep what I have. l, Lois Johnson, leave my singing ability because I don't want it, I leave my flirting ability to Bonnie Belha, should she ever need it. I, Jerry Pilgrim, leave my ability for jumping center to Jerry Scott. I, Doren Hill, leave my knack of avoiding study to Bob Evans, who has difficulty getting away from it all, I, Jack Bowen, leave, but I'll be back to get Judy, so leave her alone, Gary, I, Carla Harrison, leave my ability of getting along with the teachers to Gary Brackemeyerg he probably needs it. .O . 2' IWW I

GQSS jfsfofy Dear Diary, This is our last year in Lyndon Community High School, It is almost finished for us, and it will seem strange not to come back again next year, We entered high school in August of 1955 as green Freshmen, all enthusiastic about being in high school. All the other classes welcomed us as friends. There were ten of us altogether, and our officers were Judy Robison, Presidentg Alan Anderson, Vice President, Jerry Pilgrim, Secretary, and Jack Bowen, Treasurer, In the early part of the year, the Sophomore Class initiated us into high school and gave a party in our honor. We enjoyed the party so immensely that a few weeks later we gave a return party in their honor. Lavenia Snyder and JoAnn Bultema joined our class in March of 56. Our Sophomore year was a gala affair. We had the privilege of initiating the Freshmen that year and they, in turn, gave us a party. Our officers were JoAnn Bultema, President, Jack Bowen, Vice President, Lavenia Snyder, Secretary, and Lois Johnson, Treasurer, We lost Paul Shraeder, Alan Anderson, Allen Snyder, Judy Robinson, and Lavenia Snyder that year, In 1957 we obtained the title of upper classmen. The Junior officers were JoAnn Bultema, President, Lois Johnson, Vice President, Carla Harrison, Secretary, and Jack Bowen, Treasurer, Our float, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs , won first prize at the Homecoming that year. We put on the prom, our theme was Evening in Paris. We also put on a banquet in honor of the Seniors preceeding the prom. In this our last year, we Seniors have accomplished the financing and publication of our yearbook, The Wildcat. Carla Harrison was honored with the D,A,R, award, and JoAnn Bultema was queen at the Home- coming. Our officers were JoAnn Bultema, President, Lois Johnson, Vice Presidentg Carla Harrison, Secretary, and Jerry Pilgrim, Treasurer. We have now graduated and are prepared to take our stations in life.
