With the new tardy policy in effect this year, three unexcused tardies gives you 30 minutes of detention time. The policy came in effect after numerous kids were making being tardy a bad habit. The first three gives 30 minutes detention, the sec- ond three tardies gives a call home and thirty more minutes, and the third set of three tardies gives youa three day pass out of school. Over- all, the kids do not seem to care a lot, but it has lowered the number of tardies. The policy is going well, and the faculty hopes the success con- tinues. Seniors roll in a little late.
