School Board Dear Graduates: To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven. We are again re- minded of this text, which you have adopted for this year's annual. There is a time to start school and a time to graduate. You have now finished a season of schooling, a purpose of life accomplished. Yet, this is only one of the purposes. Most of you have already made plans and decisions for the future. Many of you are thinking quite a bit about those plans. That reminds me of the words of Daniel Webster: The most important thought I ever had was that of my individual responsibility to God. This is a thought which also should be the most im- portant in your lives. And as you work on your future plans, consider them not only intelligently, but above all prayerfully. Yet you will find that there are things which you desire deeply, but do not come about. You try to fathom God's Providence and wonder why. He knows however what is best, and this is so well said in an old Irish proverb: lf God shuts one door, He opens another. Look for that open door. For the Board, Clarence Zylstra li
