Four years ago The desire To esTablish a ChrisTian High School was realized. Ours was The beginning class. Our educaTion TirsT sTarTed in I937, when we were enrolled in The TirsT grade. l-lere principles were in- culcaTed inTo our minds which would be valuable To us in our school work as well as play. ln addifion To our regular sTudies we spenT a period oT Time each day devoTed To The sTudying oT Gods Word, We began as well as ended our school day by commun- ing wiTh God in prayer, In The year oT I945 eighT years oT our educa- Tion had been compleTed. On The evening oT May 28 we graduaTed Trom The eighTh grade. Indeed This is an evenT which will be remembered by all, Tor iT 'l'7c'vlw' was The sTepping sTone Trom childhood To young man and womanhood. , We spenT our ninTh grade in The original school building while our new ChrisTian High School was un- der consTrucTion. Indeed, The prayers oT our parenTs and Triends oT ChrisTian Training have been answered, Tor iT was made possible Tor us To conTinue our educa- Tion in a ChrisTian aTmosphere. By The beginning oT our sophomore year, our' new building had been com- pleTed. During ThaT year iT was dedicaTed To The cause OT Training children in The way OT The Lord. Yes. as a class when we scan The pasT, we cannoT Tully express our graTiTude To God Tor The blessings besTowed on us. Yes. Thanks be To God Tor parenTs who wiTh Solomon oT old can say.
