and Jerry Garris played golf. Our brain power was evident as 10 members were inducted into the Beta Club. We had 5 members in the DECA Club; 3 in the FHA; 5 in the Library Club; and 6 in Speech and Drama. We were well represented by 7 in the L Club. In the fall of ' 74, we became the long-awaited upper class- men. Getting ready for the prom was supervised by Pres. - Kelly Steele; V.Pres. - Woody Collins; Sec. - Debra Perry; and Treas. - Chuck Crossman, Eight juniors were on the 1974 District 1 - Region IV - Champion Football Team. Six juniors were on the 1975, 52nd District Champion Basketball Team. Monty Wilder played base- ball; Jerry Garris and Happy Osborne played golf. Four class mem- bers cheered the Dogs to victory. Diane Dossett and Debi Stand- ridge attended Girls ' State, and Roger Foutch attended Boys ' State. Nine were in the L Club, nine were in the Beta Club, and Happy Osborne and Sam Coleman served on the Student Council. We over-ran the DECA Club with 15 members; had 5 in the Library Club; 5 in the FHA; and 7 in SAE. Roger Foutch was inducted in the NHS, and 6 members joined Who ' s Who. As we round the corner , there are unknown days of tomorrow and times that we will never be able to live again. We hope that you will be able to relive these moments with us, as we leave these memories .

OAQQ WOOZY In August 1972, we the class of 1976 entered LHS. We started something that dreams were made of, that lives are built on, but it wasn ' t a dream . . . It was reality! Beginning our Freshman year, we were led by Pres. - Roger Foutch; V.-Pres. - Debra Perry; Sec. - Diane Dossett; and Treas. - Kaye Owens. Our class favorites were Diane Dossett and Roger Foutch. Student Council Rep. were Sam Coleman and Jeff Turner. Nancy Koier, Kaye Owens, and Debi Standridge cheered the B team on to victory; and we were represented by six members on the District 1 Champion Football Team. We contributed four members to the B Team basketball squad. We had 10 members in the FHA and 4 in the Library Club. As our Sophomore year arrived, we became better acquainted with the school , and we were involved in more activities . For the second consecutive year Roger Foutch led as Pres . ; David Felton - V.-Pres.; Kaye Owens - Sec; and Chuck Crossman - Treas. Monty Wilder, Rosena Price, and Eric Washington swept the popu- larity polls when they were elected class favorites. We had 4 B Team cheerleaders and eight members on the 1974 Class A - Dis- trict 1 - Champion Football Team. We contributed six members to the B Team basketball squad, and Fred Bussey moved up to A Team. Three were on the baseball team, and Woody Collins
