It is the year 2007 and the Class of 1987 has come together for its 20th reunion. The reunion is being held at the stone quarry which is now the site of a very ritzy bar and night club founded by that party animal himself Todd “Bundy” LaRose. Monica Alvarado arrives handing out autographed basketballs. She has become the first white female to make the Globetrotters. Terry Drake is sitting at the bar. He is the silent partner in the wine cooler company “Bartles and Drakes.” Rob Bucky” Dunn roars into the parking lot on his one and only moped. He is the fastest moped racer in America. He walks in yelling, Where’s the party?” Shawn Edus pulls in hooked on the back of John Lear’s tow truck. He was trying to race Bucky, but as you can tell, his car didn’t quite make it. Jim Hill can’t come because that brown junker of his finally decided to die and he is still in mourning. Shawn Hubbard won’t be able to make it to the reunion either, as he was captured by a tribe of Amazon Women some years back and hasn’t been heard from since. Marc Inghem has taken over the English classes for Mr. Fiske. He figures he knows all that Mr. Fiske does. Jill Johnson is signing her third romance novel; she has the number one novel in the country. The book is titled Good Old High School Days and Especially High School Nights. The book contains all of the Class of ’87. Kristie Kimmis is the biggest buyer of Jill’s novels. She has a library con- taining only romance novels. Deanne McCollum is trying to get everyone to leave Bundy's” and go to the Max,” her favorite hot spot. Steve Schryver is “DJing” for Bundy, and Kathy Orvis is trying to get him to play something different other than Bryan Adams. Barb Pecor walks in telling everyone not to go see the latest film. She has become the world's foremost movie critic and has her own show called “Pecor’s Sneak Peek. Frank Pettey arrives in an 18-foot limo. He has taken over the Playboy Corpora- tion and has a “bunny” on each arm. Peg Putnam and Tracy Horton are sorry they can’t make it. Peg is the first woman President and Tracy is her Vice President. They are busy trying to sort things out with Russia. Don Reed pulls up on a black Harley with a skull on his helmet. He is the lead singer for the heavy metal group “The Skeleton Crew.” Daidre Schweitzer is taking phone calls at the phone booth. She has taken over Doctor Ruth’s show and is in great demand for advice. Larry Tefft comes crashing through the front door in his pick-up. He swears his brakes went out, but that’s an old line. Pennie Thompson is showing some people how fast she really is. She has become the fastest sign language in- terpreter in the North Country. We all knew she would do something important with those forever- moving hands. Rhonda VanNess is now known as Mrs. Gosier. She is unable to attend because she is too busy with children and Frank’s business career, but she promises to send pictures. Lynn can’t come. He is busy at the hospital while D.J. gives him another beautiful son. Congrats, Lynn!! Last of all, Dedra Weeks shows up complaining that we’ve started without her. Sorry, Dee Dee. Well... let’s Party!
