Mr. Hills CUSTODIANS — Mr. Beach. Mr. Klock. Mr. Taylor CUSTODIAN RETIRES In the past 25 years at LCS if you saw someone washing win- lows, mowing the lawn, repairing a drinking fountain, putting up a lew wall or taking one down, getting the mail, sweeping the floor, ixing a door lock, erecting a Christmas tree, sealing a gym floor or :hanging a light bulb, there is a good chance that the someone” was Ken Hills, a member of the custodial staff at Lyme since May of 1961. Ken has been head custodian since July of 1977 when Mr. Allen retired from that position. When asked what the greatest changes have been over the years, Ken says the new construction and renovation work just being completed represent the most significant change and that it was needed years ago. He is especially fond of the new boilers replacing the 1937 style which were much more difficult to maintain. Ken relates that he has enjoyed working with the Board and entire staff at Lyme over the years. Upon retirement, Ken hopes to pursue hobbies of carving and woodworking and he says he will be working for the Lord. He plans to take a trip to Africa for Missions work sometime in the future. The LCS Community will miss Ken and we all wish him a pleasure-filled retirement. BUS DRIVERS — Mrs. Reed, Mrs. Day. Mr. Klock. Mr. Utess.
