Advice to Seniors Angie Alvarado to build a new banana boat and sail back to the Philippines for a visit. Maria Bassette to teach another player the soccer back flip that has made her famous and the opponents crazy. Holly Bourn to take Joan Rivers’ place; she’s got the jokes for it. Julie Cody to open her own drink factory called “Jucee’s Juice.” Ernie Forked to go with his mechanical ability and enter a car in the Daytona 500. William Forked to become a world famous welder. Colleen Forness to go to Paul Smiths and get lost in the woods with one of the (many) of the foresters. Cindy Gifford not to faint around needles. It’s not proper for a nurse. Nadine Gifford to stop reading the end of Mr. Uhlig’s books and spoiling the endings for the rest of us. John Giltz to become a General who is interviewed on “60 Minutes.” Lori Grant to leave Mrs. Thompson clipless, nicknameless, and sane. Karen Guga to stay away from sunlamps before she’s mistaken for a California girl. Heidi Hewitt to rent herself out for the ABC laughtrack; they need a new one anyway. Amy Hibbard to remain standing during ad cheers. Lauren Martin to obtain the nickname “Minnie” so we can have Mickie and Minnie. Bonnie Morrow to find out what regulation allows her to play basketball more on the ground than she does on her feet. Tim Mount to write his autobiography; it would make a great soap opera. Sherri Munk to wear orthopedic bowling shoes with colorful shoelaces. Paula Neuman to carry a wallet full of pictures of Andrew; they won’t ad fit in her pocket. Paul Neuman to stop ringing doorbells at 11 o’clock at night just to see his girlfriend. Julie Putnam to take the Dale Carnegie course; everyone knows she has to overcome her shyness. Cyndy Radley to dye her hair black so a certain teacher can’t cad her a dumb blonde anymore. Kelly Sanford to buy stock in Barbara Moss and Howlands; she certainly puts enough money into their stores. Sue Shea to go to work for Walt Disney World and be one of the Singing Bear Jamboree. Terra Thompson to open her own chain of Friendly Stores; we ad know she loved to work there so much. Ed Valentine to go to Hawaii so his shirts will be in style and in season. Jennifer Weiler to always carry two sets of keys — just in case. Jenny White to open her own nursing office; she’d be her own best customer, especially with chairs around. Tina Wilson to open her own Chinese restaurant and cad it “Wong’s Wontons.” Julie Wright to take up singing and go on tour with “Alabama.” 27
