Teachers |oy Seymour — Learning Disabled Linda Towne — Physical Education. Healtn lack Smelski — Commercial Department Robert Uhlig — Social Studies. English Susan Thompson — Science Ruth Uhlig — Math. Home Economics Ken Towne — Physical Education Marko Vukov — Spanish (substitute) We, the students of Lyme, wish to thank the teaching staff for all their love, support, and assistance. We appreciate not only their ability to teach us the basics, but also the extra time and ef- fort they spent with us on special projects. When we needed assistance with homework, scholarships, projects, or extracurricular activities, we could always count on the teachers at Lyme to spend the extra hours to help us. Those extra hours are what separate good teachers from great teachers. They have not only helped us with school work, but also with personal problems. Their advice and counsel were always appreciated. Their respect of our confidences often helped us more than their advice. We wish to thank them once again for all their help and feel assured of their continued dedication.

Bus Drivers Retirees Dick Knight; Clarence Holbrook, Head Automotive Mechanic; Ned Klock, Jr.; Leo Pettey; Bethel Day; Donald Reed. Absent: Ted Utess. Tess Hanlin — Cashier served from 1964-1985 The students, faculty, and alumni of Lyme bid a sad farewell to two of our family. Tess Hanlin and Leo Pettey have been with us for a long time and will remain in our memories for longer. We will always remember Tess’ smiling face as we paid for our lunches and Leo’s safe bus rides. We wish both of them a very happy retirement and hope they will remember all the good times we’ve shared. Leo Pettey — Bus Driver served from 1941-1985
