CZfass (istoru On a bright morning in September, I960, 25 ebullient (overflowing with enthusiasm and excitement) members started our freshman year. Our class advisor was Mr. Rose, and our officers were: President, Arlene Lynch; Vice-President, Donna Matthews; Secretary, Charity Warner; Treasurer, Sharon Dwyer; and Student Council Representa- tive, Arlene Lynch. In September, 1961, we returned as a decorous (well-be-haved) sophomore class. Our advisor was Mrs. Dunham, and our officers were; President, Donna Matthews; Vice-President, Sharon Dwyer; Secretary, Arlene Lynch; Treasurer, George Gaumond; and Student Council Representative. Donna Matthews. Our feature activity was a magazine sale. The following fall we returned to L.C.S. as jocular (joking) juniors. Miss South- ard was our class advisor. We elected officers as follows: President, Donna Matthews; Vice-President, George Gaumond; Secretary, Sharon Chavoustie; Treasurer, Rodjer Bourn; and Student Council Representative, Donna Matthews. That year we amused ourselves with the sale of refreshments at basketball games, a stationery sale, the presentation of three one-act plays, with Steve Haas as the virago of the second play, a car wash, and our Junior Prom, with Donald Williams and Sharon Dwyer as King and Queen. This year 17 impeccable (faultless) seniors entered school. Miss Southard again has the delectable job of being our supervisor. Our officers have been: President, George Gaumond; Vice-President, Jimmy Bevens; Secretary. Sharon Dwyer; Treasurer, Rodjer Bourn; and Student Council Representatives, Donna Matthews and George Gau- mond. Our activities have been the publication of the 1964 Ontarion, a car wash, two record hops, one three-act play, Aunt Susie Shoots the Works, and the senior trip to New York City. Of the graduation class, seven members, Charity Warner, Shirley Torrey, Delores Davis, Rodjer Bourn, Donna Matthews, Elaine Fredenburg, and Sharon Dwyer, entered kindergarten together. Sharon Chavoustie joined us in the seventh grade, from Three Mile Bay. During our years at L.C.S., many persons have been with us from time to time. In the past four years Danny Cardinal, David Lear, Allen Stevens, Daniel Spencer, John Rogers, Sharon Bourquin, Ellen Brown, Sally Goodfriend, Arlene Slate, Marilyn Swallia, Mary Lu West, Sharon Hilts, Rose Viselli, Sharon Smith, and Cheryl Gibson have been members of our class. Our class motto is Let each become all that he is capable of being. Our class flowers are the blue and white carnations, and our class colors are blue and white. 18
