Lyman feels responsible not only for develop- ing the students' mental capacities but also for developing their physical abilities in prepara- tion for citizenship. Physical Education is a program offered to sophomores here at Lyman. They participate in varied activities in order to develop their physical skills and acquaint themselves with many different sports, under the careful supervision of qualified instructors.
