Natalie Larchick Everybody loves a party that's why everyone is invited to the Bashes for the student bod Clint Bradshaw arty, party, splash, splash, mesmerize, mesmerize, cake, cake - this was a brief summary of Student Council activities. The student council hosted the second annual school birthday party. Everybody loves a party, said Student Council Advisor Allen Jaggi. It just has to be the right kindf, With about two hundred in attendance, former Head Football Coach John Haning spoke about traditions. Jaggi said, The birthday party was a tremendous success, minus a couple of Jace's jokes. The LHS commons was transformed into the tropics, complete with wading pools, tropical fruit and beach music. The hula contest was won by Freshman Vii Tanner and Sophomore Dusty Johnson. Johnson said he was in the hula contest because I had to show everyone my bellyf' Seniors Jadelyn Johnson and LeAnn Choate triumphed in the white legs contest. Runner-up Choate said, The party was fun because I like being around people. The white legs contest was great? The limbo bar was lowered until Senior Konra Verley and Junior Lance Walker won. They were declared King and Queen of the party. Lythgoe mesmerized rival schools by putting students of both schools asleep.
