“The Golden Age Is Before Us” The bright world awaits us. Our lives flow on like the ceaseless progression of time,- yet, beyond the shadows of ignorance, there lies a golden life. Our years in high school have been a chronicle of important events. Soon we will leave the building which was the center of our educational and recreational activity. Yes, we will leave a building, but its memories will always be with us. To help preserve these meaningful events we have chosen a theme which symbolizes our lives most closely. We feel that the world is ours to enrich. We realize that our capabilities extend far beyond the limits that we have set for them. Thus, through our yearbook, we wish to affirm that there exists a Golden Life in the future. It is there, but it is for us to find the path which will lead us to the gold, our attainment of success and happiness. The gold does stand before us. We have only to reach out with our knowledge and understanding and take our portion. Shapeless, sizeless, invisible, but priceless, this gold will someday illuminate man's great fog of misunderstanding and shine on the pathway to peace.
