The Academic Center first opened its doors to students in 1968. Originally de- signed to allow tor changing needs, the building has adapted well to a dynamic educational program. Recent years have seen the incorporation of several comput- er labs, the nursing skills lab. a multi-me- dia room and the art gallery.
