LYC ' .OM !?, .} COT.LIiGl-: OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT Wl LJLIAMSPORT. PA. 1770I My dear friends - Time has a way of changing things ! Look what has happened to the College since jou first set foot on the campus. New and exciting structures have been built to provide facilities for the College Progi ' am . New and exciting persons have joined the college community as students, teachers and administrators. New and exciting changes have taken place in the academic process. But more than that - look what has happened to you. In the final analysis, the changes in facilities, personnel and program, have occurred in order to improve your educational experience. You are a different person now than when ou entered the College. You come to this place in your career as the product of a liberal arts education. We want to believe that you have grown in wisdom and maturity, that you have developed a value system that will bring purpose and meaning into your life. Education is a continuing process and we commend you to the years ahead confident that you will continue to change . We want you to grow into the person you are destined to become. Then we shall be proud of the change that has taken place in the College and of the way it is reflected in your life. Very sincerely, D. FREDERICK WERTZ President IJ
