n FOREWORD Our college career is the cornerstone of our future. Each semester is a building block toward the realization of our goals. The years fly by, so filled with expectations, disappoint- ments, triumphs and despair that we little realize how far we have come. We pause, at the conclusion of another year, to reminisce. We attempt to recall each aspect that has shaped our being, and in doing so we realize we have progressed. It is this progress, the progress of Lycoming College as an institution of higher education, and the progress of the stu- dents in every phase of living, that we have attempted to capture. Progress, man ' s distinctive mark alone, Not God ' s, and not the beast ' s; God is, they are, Man partly is, and wholly hopes to be. — Browning

Within the last three years not only the number and quality of Lycoming students but also the quantity and quality of buildings and grounds have increased. The ' 65 graduates have watched with pride as new landscap- ing and four dorms have been added to make Lycoming College a most at- tractive campus.
