Several members were also active in the Pep Club, an organization founded to increase school spirit. The Halloween Dance was another Junior success as a social event. Our first election of class officers found Paul Sicurella, president, Walter Krasavage, vice-president, Eugene Grogan, secretary, and Joseph Sheridan, treasurer. Another Junior interest is the School Band. Several Juniors have shown considerable ability with the instruments they have chosen. Albert Yakus, Paul Sicurella, and Jack Amato were heard in trumpet trios during the assembly programs. Considering all these attractions one can surely say the Ju ior Class is actively interested in its school.
