his .Q '- Mr. Edward Moeller. retiring Hospital Adminis- trator. has served Lutheran Hospital for the past thirty years. During his long time of unselfish service. Mr. Nloeller has assisted with the growth of the hospital from a one hundred sixty-five hed hospital to the present three hundred ninety-five bed institution. He also assisted with the plans for erecting the present Nurses' Residence. Mr. Moeller will he rememlvered by many people as a friendly man who enjoyed his service to the hospital's patients. Mr. Edward Moeller. Hospital Administrator lIOSPlTAL AIIDIINISTRATIIIN Miss Marie Moehring, Director of Nurses Miss Marie Moehring has been Director of Nurses at Lutheran Hospital for the past three years. Her hours of service to the hospital are spent directing the function of the nursing de- partment. interviewing new employees. and ap- proving nursing procedures and policies to im- prove the hospitalis care of its patients. She also directs the educational program of the Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing, the functions of the school's student hody, and the employment of the school's instructors. One can readily see that she too spends many hours of unselfish service to the hospital.
