Delegaie Assemblg The Lutheran High School Asso- ciation was composed of seventeen congregations which elected rep- resentatives to the Delegate As- sembgy. This assembly explicated schoo policy, making changes to meet the needs of a growing school. The Board of Directors decision this year regarding school policy enabled various student groups and organizations to sponsor dances on the school grounds.
