This year the Computer club was 1 kept busy by creating new programs. Matt Domsch and Jeff Schulz upgraded the basketball stats program while several other club members worked on designing robot kits. The club also took time out to play games on the computers. This year our student was Marcela Montanes from Colombia, South America. Marcie came to us with the eagerness needed to face America through the eyes of a LHS student. Over the year, she found new friends, a new sense of America and its language, and the way America's educational system works. With hard work and 'determination, Marcie handled this year like it was no problem. She plans on attending the University of Colombia in her home country and would like to come back to America for a visit soon.
