RELIGIO At Lutheran High School-Kansas City every aspect of our curriculum and activities program centers on the love of Jesus Christ and the for- giving grade of God. In our various religion classes, this general attitude and approach becomes the focus of study. Through Old and New Testa- ment History classes, students learn the basics of Bible history and the- ology. In Worship Life and Effec- tiveness Training for Christians, students engage in real life appli- cations of their faith. Pictured above, Mr. Richard Kiesel points out to his Old Testament class the effects of the Flood on the ages of the patriarchs. Right, Mr. Rod Be- cher takes his Worship Life class on an organ crawl, a tour of area churches, to study their architecture and worship formats. Students worked for weeks designing and painting a series of windows on either side of the altar with scenes from the passion of Christ. Pictured above and left are Shannon Kerr, Joan Hagene, David Grizzle, Christina Hedberg, Willard Stewart, and Leeann Pratt at work on the windows.
