First year as a class many of us from L.I., some from other schools St. Stephens and Redeemer pioneering school colors chosen frosh-soph basketball team Crossroads initiated Christmas service at Redeemer dedication of L.H.S.S. moving day God in His mercy opens doors of school to students on March II, I952 new building, new equipment, new ambition first annual maroon and White Day intramural sports program begun exams, and Luther South closes its doors on its first scho-ol year. Upperclassmen now many clubs Chapel Committee started Sadie Hawkins Day first varsity basketball team P.S.L. competition Christmas service in West Wing Bow Week Star Nite, huge success wrestling .lunior class hayride spring football practice faculty - varsity game .Iunior Banquet exams, and the final year not far off.
