Foreword Co-Editors’ Message To produce a yearbook for the student body is one of the most outstanding privileges awarded to seniors. This year through the enthusiasm and hard work of our yearbook staff, administration, faculty, and student body, we, the co-editors, have tried to guide in the makings of this book of memories. We sincerely hope that this ' 62 edition of the Bulldog will serve as a basis for enjoyment and appreciation in later years and will serve to broaden us as individuals in the modern world. MR. JOSEPH B. PERVALL, B.S., M.S. To the Seniors Again, it has become my pleasure to extend congratulations to the Senior Class; which I do painfully, knowing that the parting is not far off. Schools are established, maintained and supported to provide oppor¬ tunities for experiences that will enable the students to properly fit into our ever changing world when they leave here. Each subject plays some unique part in this preparation, and should not be minimized or taken lightly. Much concern and publicity are given today to mighty forces of destruc¬ tion, some natural; others by power-crazed people. In all this, we urge you to stand firm and fear not. Fortify yourself with that armour de¬ scribed by the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Ephesians-- Put on the whole Armour of God, the breastplate of Righteousness, Loins girded with Truth, shod with Peace, the Shield of Faith and Helmet of Salvation and don ' t forget to PRAY. It is our prayer that you learn to use the bounteousness of the earth to the glory of God and salvation of man; that His Kindgom will come and will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Joseph B. Pervall, Principal 6
