FOREWORD The passage of time goes so unnoticed in our lives-only when it is too late and wasted do we realize its importance Because time is such an important element in man's life, it has been chosen as the theme for the 1969 Bark A school year means so very many different things to all of us. To Freshmen high school is the beginning of a new life, new experiences. Sophomores greet their school year with expectations of greater days to come. juniors look upon their school year as a year when a long-awaited prom becomes a reality. Seniors, of course, receive their final year with Senior rings and with it all, a much desired walk across a single stage that will introduce them to the ma- ture world of adulthood. Seniors can only look back into a now receding world and remember their years of growing and learning. We, the Bark Staff of 1968-69, sincerely hope that we have captured your year and compiled all the outstanding events in such a way as to make your memories of Luther Burbank Vocational High School happy ones.
