X 'Q fm Wy ff ' 'I ' Q we ' .iii QF! gist., Q - To be an outstanding anything, a person should Receipe for a good teacher : possess the search syndrome: To seek, never to find-- To continue to search-- Knowing that its there somewhere. 'N-1.----If An outstanding educator should be flexible, inter- ested in the needs of his students, and remember that education is one essential key to a better life for all. One cup of communication-- One tablespoon of humanitarian qualities-- Sprinkle in fairness and mix thoroughly. Stir with patience and serve with professionalism. A teacher should try to establish rapport with her students, instilling within their minds the idea that what she is attempting to do is to prepare them to meet the challenges of the future.
