Although weak in field events, the locals did gather numerous points in the pole vault and discus. Culver and Stur- tevant tie with two others for fourth and fifth in high jump, Foley fourthin shot put, Foley fourth in discus and Sturtevant fifth, Stetson third in quarter mile, Fernau fourth in quarter mile, and half-mile relay team fourth.
