Sophomores Meet Ex-Globetrotter Meadowlark Lemon Speaks On Drug Abuse Prevention As students learned the dangers of drugs and alcohol, more and more were turning to groups such as Just Say No. The Luling chapter of this club had the plea- sure of listening to ex- Harlem Globetrotter Meadowlark Lemon speak against drugs and alcohol. Using such mottos as Live for Today, Lem- on told the students that they would have to work hard to achieve their goals. I ' m clean and you should do the same, he said.
