An increased use of study time and extra effort eventually began to pay off. Almost all of the students man- aged to pass each class by the end of the first semester. Jason .Kallas commmented that the improvement in his test grades in history was due to the fact that he was study- ing much more before tests. Karla Model. and Chad Giller studied for a History quiz while Donna Cran checked out a story n Mythology dur- ing a second quarter study hall 20 Freshmen
